Ice 2 inches thick in bottom of refrigerator

Question

I have a Whirlpool refrigerator. There is a buildup of ice in the bottom part about 2 inches thick. It also freezes eggs if they are not in the carton. I have cleaned the coils but that was no help. The ice is also in the drawers. The ice is solid.
