Ice Hockey in Dallas??

Just moved to Lewisville, TX from Philly. Looking to get on a mens league team, I think Farmers Branch Dr Pepper Star Center is closest rink to play out of for me. Anybody know anyone looking for an extra player or maybe what open hockey's are good to go to?

  1. Welcome to the area.

I play at the Dr. Pepper Stars Center in Euless, but you are right, Farmers Branch is probably the closest one.

What you will need to do is contact the center itself, and speak with the league coordinator. His name is Craig Foddrill, his number is 214-432-3131 X 222. You can ask him if he needs any subs for the current season. I think the fee is around $165 for a sub. Or, you can wait until the next league starts up.

As far as open or drop in schedules, you will have to check with the rink.

Good luck, and I hope to see you on the ice!

    Steve.

  3. Call the rink.    Odds of find someone on here are probably pretty slim.  A 5 minute phone call will get you a lot more info.
