how does it work, what are the benifits and is there any risks involved in submerging your legs in ice water after a long run?

  1. im no expert but it doesnt sound like ice baths are that beneficial. they'll just probably numb your legs. and teh risk of taht is when you get out teh bath you'll fall over cos your legs arent working!

  2. it'll make your weiner small for awhile  

  3. after exercising you should keep warm and not let you body cool down too quickly. I don't think submerging your legs in ice water realy is the way to go about this.
