Ice block at back of bottom freezer

Question

I have a Maytag bottom freezer refrigerator and the freezer back wall keeps icing up so eventually the refrigerator gets warm. I have tried to defrost the ice block at the back...tonight is the second time in a month I have done this. The water/condensation pools at the bottom of the refrigerator freezing the pull out drawer in place.Help!
