Ice build up in bottom of freezer

Question

there is a thick layer of ice in the bottom of my freezer compartment, now all the way to from the back to the front by the door opening. I also have ice on the refrigerator side of the wall in between the freezer and refrigerator. Maytag side by side model #MSB2354ARW
