Ice build-up in freezer and refrige will keep food not cold?

Question

I own a Whrilpool refrigerator. I keep getting a buildup of ice in the rear of the freezer section, and the refrigerator section will not keep my food cold.

I’ve tried defrosting the refrigerator and it works fine for about 2 or 3 weeks, then the same thing happens again.

What do you think is wrong and how can I fix itwhat can I do to fix it.

Ice build up usually means the seal around the door is shot.  air flow allows frost to build up.  Clean the seal throughly and see if there are any gaps.  Replace seal if there are.
