Ice building in freezer and water leaking in the...

Question

the fridge model is an E521T  active smart  6-7 years old

I recently get Ice building up in the freezer   I have turned it off for a couple of days to dry it out   

it has happened again but this time water leaks out of  the refrigerator  section from what i can see is the  ceiling part under the freezer compartment

Is there something I need to check or do i need to call someone in
