Ice cream and pie from "Eat this!"?

Question

im doing pretty much a scavenger hunt and i was looking for someone with the book "eat this" to give me some answers or look a few things up in it. if you have the book just answer the word me and i will ask a few more questions. The answer that i am looking for is a ice cream/ pie/ chocolate/ coffee shop listed in ian jackmans book titled eat this: 101 things to eat before you diet.
