Ice forming from back of freezer to ice tray. no... Ice formed from the back of my freezer where

Ice formed from the back of my freezer where the water comes out of the tube to the ice tray. I defrosted the ice that I could see. I never did get any true flow of water nor any ice. The ice formed again and now I don't know what to do. At this moment, I am defrosting the freezer. I do not have my manual, the refrigerator is less than 1 year old.
