Ice maker not working. I have a Kenmore side by side Model 106.55606400.The Ice maker is not

I have a Kenmore side by side Model 106.55606400.The Ice maker is not working. The fingers were @ 6:00.I removed the ice maker and hooked it to a 120 outlet.The ice make ran and completed it's cycle. The infraredlight and switch appear to be working. I got only 108 voltson the volt meter when I checked the ice maker receptacle.What would make the voltage low?WayneWayne
