PSG27NHS is the model number of my new fridge. We've had it about 6 weeks. The ice maker seemed to be working fine at first, but it has stopped all together now. We tried everything the trouble shooting guide in the manual said, but cant get it to work. We even shut the fridge off and defrosted it to release the cubes from the tray. I prised them out of the top of the ice tray when they started to melt. Then I turned the fridge back on and the icemaker. The next morning, no ice. I could feel ice in the tray again with my fingers, but it is not releasing into the bucket. Also, I cant figure out how they're supposed to come out. Help!
