Ice maker spraying water and freezes on foods

Question

Ice maker stopped working and spraying water all over. A new ice maker was installed and made 1 drop of cubes and spayed water all over again. Two new tubes were installed and the problem still exists.$243.00 later, we still have no ice maker and the repairman has no idea what the problem is.
