Ice maker won't make ice. Jenn-Air French Door...

Question

The ice maker doesn't make ice anymore. I looked on-line, and it seems it might be that the refill tube is frozen, but I can't figure out how to remove it. I removed the metal cover on the back, but the white plastic piece doesn't want to budge.
