  1. I havnt done those for ages!

Well, an inside continous curve is standing on your left leg and going in an anticlockwise direction on a curve or standing on your right leg and going in a clockwise direction on a curve. an outise continous curve is standing on your right leg and going anti-clockwise or standing on your left leg and going clockwise on a curve.

I think the continous ones are where you keep switching legs and going opposite ways in curves.

its hard to explain but trust me, i have done all the levels and passed my gold about 2 months ago.

email me if you need any more help. =)

  2. Basically, you need to do a series of semi-circles on alternating feet.

Imagine your overall direction of travel (using one of the hockey lines helps).  Turn to your right so you are at a right angle to that direction of travel.  Then push off onto your left leg, on an outside edge, doing a big semi-circle until you come back to the main line.  Then feet together, and push off to do another semi-circle on your right outside edge, still carrying on in the same general line.

Inside edges work in the same way, just pushing off on the other foot.

Whatever edge you are doing, the pattern kind of looks like this (ignore the full stops, it won't put in spaces!).

  3. It is called moves in the field........Some coaches have you practice them so that you concentrate on footwork.
