  1. train again, and harder coz it's best if you maintain top form.

join higher level competitions, go pro and perform in exhibitions, and maybe a few ice shows...

in the future you might be a coach.

  2. If you are doing ESF (ecole du ski Francais) then there is also challenge and racing after gold!

  3. If you are talking about the basic levels, the gold level is the highest. After you accomplish the moves in the gold level, you move on to the freeskate levels. There, you will consintrate on much more advanced skating, such as jumps, spins, and difficult steps.

  4. You do Level One.Until You Go Up To Level 10! Easy  =)

So Its Grades 1-10 Then Bronze,Silver Then Gold Then Levels 1-10!

  5. are you doing teh english grades?

because you do skateuk grades 1-10 then star programme bronze, silver and gold and then go on to national levels 1-10. i cant remember what comes after that

  6. u move on to other compitions

  7. Preform in yearly exhibitions, joining a synchro team may be fun to.
