Go to this website. It has a lot of information.

Are the elements repeated, because some of the things sound the same, like stepping to backward from forward and a mohawk.

A one foot glide is skating forward or backward and lifting up your foot and staying balanced long enough to glide. To curve, lean slightly to the direction that you want to lean. Lean towards the toe that is the way you want to go.

Forwards cross rolls are crossovers, just stretched out on a straigt line. You have to push out with the foot underneath, and bring it around. Don't push with your toepick, that will slow you down. Use deep edges.

A forward snowplough is pushing on the middle of your blade hard enough to stop. It might take a while to learn. You also have to turn your foot out slightly to stop.

A backwards snowplough is kinda tricky. You have to be going backward and press down on the middle of your blade. You might fall at first, but you will get the hang of it. Try going slow at first, then speen up when practicing.

The turns from forward to backwards are three turns.
