  1. On both feet, it's a two-foot turn.  On one foot, it would be a 3-turn.

The most important things to remember when doing two-foot turns is to keep you feet as close together as possible when you turn and bend your knees.  Keeping the feet tight, make your turn quick.....a snap of the hips.  If you have a hard time keeping your feet together, practice putting one of your mittens between your ankles and just doing turns in place.  If you drop the mitten, keep working!  :)

3-turns are the same general idea.  Push off and keep your free foot in tight to your skating leg to help balance.  A little knee bend helps too!  You should have good posture in your upper body and it will not really moving during the turn.  Again, make your turn a quick snap of the hips and then extend your free foot out to pull you out of the turn and complete your "3."

    Good luck!  :)

  2. Pretend that you are walking on clouds

  3. I would call that a 1500.00 medical bill, if  this is your considering career as a skater, go medical instead $$$$$$

  4. a transition, is what its called

  5. u can just google it, or find out

i dont know anything about this sport.

  6. on two feet, it's a two foot turn. on one, it's a forward three turn. there's two types of forward three turns, inside and outside. an inside is when you stand on your right foot and sk8 to the left, then turn, vice versa with the left foot. outside three turns are when you sk8 and turn the same direction that your foot is on. on all of the turns, bend your knees, then snap them up and turn. make sure your armes are positioned and stay over the ball of your foot.

  7. I don't know what its called on 2 feet, but on 1 foot it is either called a mohawk or three-turn. =]

  8. The reverse and the one foot reverse?

I do this on roller skates by sort of jumping slightly forward, but keep the front of your skate in contact with the ice.

I never tried it on one foot.

  9. Nope....no clue.

I'm a cheerleader, not an iceskater.

    :)

    good day.

  10. Two foot turn (on two feet), and three turn (on one foot). I would suggest making sure that you have enough knee bend, and make sure you start to turn your hips before your shoulders, and just keep practicing! Good luck!

  11. ihave never heard of any of these but you could look it up....... :D
