will they ever be building an ice rink in dublin with figure skating lessons available

go to your city hall or community recreation office and ask them, find out other arenas surrounding dublin   i would think there's something out there!   good luck!

I have no idea, but set up a petition! If you want it bad enough you will get it. I feel for you not been able to skate, fight fpr what you want and you may get it.
