Icebreakers do not work?

Question

Everytime I try to send an icebreaker it doesnt work. Must I be a member to reply to an icebreaker? It states you can use one icebreaker does that mean on each person you are interested in? Or only one the entire time?

Yeah you have to be a member to reply back.

You can use it once per person.

It's about useless unless you are a member.
