  1. I don't know, but people who use Emu Oil say it's pretty good .

  2.     Iceland health is one of the "higher" quality manufacturers of Omega 3 fish oil, phospholipid and chromium. I have been using the "Joint Relief" product for about one month. The results have been very good. I have tried other joint relief products for a pinched nerve in my lower back. The supplement that worked best, other than Iceland's Joint Relief are "FluidJoint" chewables (Micronutrient-2-Immunoglobulin-IgG-Anti... and Celadrin "Advanced Joint Health Extra Strenght capsules. Organic Apple Cider vinegar, Digestive Enzymes and Plum flower's anti-lumbago pills all worked a lot better than high dose (500-1000MG+)  Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM & Natural "Cox 2" herbs. I recommend going in for a chiropractic evaluation and adjustment. Once you find a good chiropractor, they can most likely assist you with "pharmaceutical grade" supplements of their own. I get my back adjusted every two weeks and acupuncture once a month. Also, I have several physical therapy excercises and stretches that I do several times weekly. When I workout, I always try to use low impact cardio, proper form when lifting weights and swimming (as opposed to running.) Overall, good product, not a magic bullet. Supplements are only supposed to be used in conjunction with the other elements of wellness & health.
