Icing up in bottom of the freezer. Despite being a frost free freezer, it has now started to ice

Despite being a frost free freezer, it has now started to ice up in the bottom of the freezer compartment. Starting to need a de-frost every couple of months, and the bottom freezer draw is getting stuck in all the ice and becoming unusable.Also occasionally find some water on the floor under the freezer in the morning when I come down.Amana Refrigerator Freezer / bottom drawer freezer Ice forming on the back part - ice cube maker is not working. Still have water in frig - Does not keep ice cream frozen.
