Ics course funding?

has anyone done an ics course if so does anyone know if your on a low income will the course still be funded

  1. ICS is a private company so they charge the same fees for everyone. If you are on a low income then you would be better contacting your local college. As well as evening classes some do flexible learning which is similar to a correspondence course.
