Everyone is going to say theirs is the best but I would say the "best" is work you enjoy, will make money doing and can see yourself doing. I spent a lot of time, months, researching trying to find a good company and I based my final decision on these things. It was definitely something I could do, make good money doing and would like doing! (plus it was a very reputable company) I was just looking for the freedom to enjoy my life so all the research was worth it. Figure out what you would like to do, what you want to gain, and do your research from there! Email me if you would like some info. I would love to help! Maybe I can save you some time!

its quite difficult to find a genuine work from home job, also you will find it will take alot of hours to earn a decent income.
