  1. Not valuable at all.  Just the silver content.  $8.   Keep it.  They are fun to own.  .

  2. The value depends upon how good "great" condition is, if the bill has a wide or a narrow design of the back and if the bill has a star as part of the serial number.

For 1935D bills with a wide design on the back and no star in the serial number retail prices by condition are

    Fine: $2.00

    Extra fine: $5.00

    Choice Crisp Uncirculated (63): $20.00

    Gem Crisp Uncirculated (65): $25.00

For 1935D bills with a wide design on the back and with a star in the serial number retail prices by condition are

    Fine: $3.00

    Extra fine: $25.00

    Choice Crisp Uncirculated (63): $50.00

    Gem Crisp Uncirculated (65): $75.00

For 1935D bills with a narrow design on the back and no star in the serial number retail prices by condition are

    Fine: $2.50

    Extra fine: $5.00

    Choice Crisp Uncirculated (63): $15.00

    Gem Crisp Uncirculated (65): $20.00

For 1935D bills with a narrow design on the back and with a star in the serial number retail prices by condition are

    Fine: $3.00

    Extra fine: $35.00

    Choice Crisp Uncirculated (63): $75.00

    Gem Crisp Uncirculated (65): $90.00
