hi, so i considered overweight for my age tho i dont rele look like it i just hav big thighs a gut and just some extra fat where i dont want it. how can i loose some weight but not considered dieting since i go to school ill only have a healthy breakfast and lunch cuz i eat wut my father makes me for dinner, so wut can i eat and do to loose about 20 or so pounds please help thanks
