Idea for cheap week away shopping and sun? any ideas?

My sister and I are looking to fly from UK to perhpas paris, milan or somewhere whch will be hot and good for shopping, but we dont have a designer budget so any ideas for a.) cheap flights/hotel and b.) good place forshopping

Have you considered Benidorm or Fuengirola?

Both are very hot this time of year & flight's are around 3hrs from the UK.

Benidorm has some lovely little boutiques in the "Old Town" (Poniente) & getting around the Costa Blanca is so easy. Buses are very cheap (around 1.20 euro). There's some great Spanish designer shops & if you like Zara clothing there's some great designs that's not in the UK.

A trip to Alicante & Valencia is a must also. Great shopping & a walk around the harbour is a must.

Fuengirola - quite cheap to holiday there & an all inclusive deal is very good at the Hotel Gardenia Park.

Besides this hotel is a train station, where, for a euro you can get the train to Marbella - what more do you want.....wall to wall designer shops & the ideal place to celeb watch in one of the street cafe's?

Roam around the little boutiques, head into the designer stores, visit the huge shopping mall in Fuengirola etc...

Then catch a day trip to Gibraltar (very inexpensive) & buy all your duty free clothing at knock down prices.

Take the boat to Morrocco (just 9 miles away) & visit the markets etc....

From Fuengirola you have several choices & that's why I'm going in August - the shopping is amazing & if you spot someone famous it's a bonus!
