Ideal warehouse in Sydney for storing clothes?

Hi, would anyone know an ideal location for a warehouse in Sydney West area to store clothes? How much would it cost roughly?

Small spaces about the size of a single garage are around $50 a week, to $80 for double.....both as actual garages for rent and as storage space in large storage complexes. These also have larger areas. These are very secure but only available to use in business hours.

Standalone warehouses in western suburbs go from $200 to $2000 depending on their size, age and condition. Inner west like Marrickville, Stanmore,Petersham sometimes have shopfronts cheaper, in older buildings or side streets.

Traffic is always heavy in Sydney so you would not want to go too far from where your deliveries will be going.
