Yesterday morning, I wieghed myself and i was 121 pounds (the usual). Today, I wieghed myself + I gained 5 pounds, in 1 day!!!! That's crazy!!! How do I lose those 5 pounds by the end of today!!!? I already walked for 10 minutes, lost 60 calories, and did crunches. Now I wiegh 125! What can I do to speed up the process? Should I just not eat for the rest of the day?

  1. What time did you weigh yourself again? Unless you ate 17,500 calories yesterday and didn't move a muscle, you didn't gain 5 pounds. It's a physical impossibility.

If you weighed yourself in the middle of the day, however, with clothes on, a 5-lb difference would be about right. Your true weight is what you weigh in the morning, after using the bathroom and without clothes.

  2. That's happened to me before, turns out it was just water weight. I wouldn't worry about it, you should be back to your regular body weight in a couple of days.

  3. try weighing yourself, sometimes the machine just doesn't like you. and stop freaking out about your weight. YOUR 14! and your not gonna lose the 5lbs by tonight.

  4. a quick change in weight like that is not healthy. it was probably a broken scale....

but, if not, don't worry so much. do not try to loose those pounds in one day. just keep eating healthy and excersise is the way to lose.

lol. hope it helps. : )

  5. your scale is probally just offf, or the clothes that you were wearing.. you dont need to lose weight anyways you should be like 130

  6. omg ur good for your height.

and its unhealthy to lose 5 pounds in 1 week.ut keep doing exercise and you'll be in a good shape

  7. maybe someone changed the setting on the scale so that it weighed you different.  if not, try taking a dump.
