  1. Try This:

For your Diet, Since You only have 30 days, Eat, Cereals for breakfast, With 2 glasses of milk. ( Not only babies drink milk )

Lunch, You can take meat, or vegetables, Never eat any chocolate, 10-15 days before your marathon.

      Dinner, you can eat anything...

Just remember. EAT SLOW, EAT LITTLE, AND EAT HEALTHY.

Crutches, Sit ups, Push ups, leg lifts etc. Can Boost up your speed, I dont exactly know how, But a week or 2 before i had this running marathon, i did those exercise, and somehow, i got faster.

Treadmill: do it every day..    When your running marathon comes, And you run, You might feel a little of the tread mill. It might still feel like your in the tread mill, So you will get use to the tread mill and it will be faster.

And Practice running out in the streets, Treadmill isnt enough, Practice for a long time, non stop. This will build, your spirit and help you not back out when your winning, but you got no energy.

Make it a habit to run and jog, learn to love it.

EVEN IF ITS A SMALL MARATHON, ITS WORTH A THOUSAND.

HOPED THIS HELPED, AND REMEMBER TO NEVER BACK OUT

  2. Some marathoners recommend protein before a race and will eat chicken, eggs etc, some are firm believers in bagels with peanut butter, and others carbs, carbs carbs.  It all depends on what works for you.  I like to mix them and will have oatmeal and a bagel with peanut butter.  Also the night before I will drink gatorade with dinner and have the gatorade before the race and a little coffee.  The big thing is to make sure you do not upset your stomach so eat something you know you can tolerate and do not try new foods before a race.  You may also want to look into nutrition during the race, things like gels or jelly beans or other high sugar items.
