Ideas For Hard Skin On Feet?

Question

Im only 13 but i have really had skin on my feet,

i cream them, and have this file but it dont work,

i dont wana end up like my mum who has crack feet

any ideas?

without paying loads?

The best advice is to keep filing - and to do it regularly.

When you apply the cream, really work it in and massage, wrap your feet in cling film and put your feet into thick socks. When you do this, go to bed - the heat will help the cream to pentrate.

Do this either nightly or every few nights and it should keep your feet nice and soft.

Or you can buy callous softening creams and apply them.

Get some thing called a pumice stone, they are cheap, you could probally get one from the internet or some where like the body shop.

Try getting a pedicure.  There are places you can go that don't charge an arm and a leg and who do a good job.  Also, you can go to Wal-Mart, K-Mart etc...and try looking for a good foot exfoliating cream.
