Ideas For Sweet 16 :D?

Ok if you are reading this then probably you would like to help me. :D

I am turning 16 in January(i knwo it's early but oh well )

And I am having a party with only few friends. I have ideas for my party. Like since i like neon things I am having a glow-in the dark party. Where everyone comes dressed in jeans & a black tee shirt or something NEON! and I also love off the jabbawockeez I am thinking of wearing and handing out the masks they wear. Now this is where u come in...

I would like it if you can tell me some more things to do. With the theme Glow in the dark Jabbawockeez :).

BTW: do you know how much it costs to book the jabbawockeez :) and where i would get the masks. Thanks.

I need to know what food to serve, and things to give out. should there be a contest? iunno please help moi :)

Kid, go buy every glow stick or lamp you can get your little hands on. You can buy your mask at any art store.  As for your dancers the jabbaaaawaaaaaaaaaaaaz! Well I don't think you will be getting them.  Since they were on MTV they might be a little in demand for some strange reason.  Get a glow stick that's not too big or two small, and pass it under your chins do it with teams, if you drop it, you start over, the first one to finish wins a prize.  Find out what your friends like and go buy gift bags.  the dollar tree will be your party friend.  But you should decided how much money you have to spend.  Write down your budget and your ideas along with projected cost.  And start looking for your items.

We are doing a mardi gras theme, the colors are purple, green and gold.  We are doing mega beads, masks and lots of decorations, like scene setters.  We hired a DJ and plan to dance all night and throw beads out to the dancers, we thought that would make more people dance.  The Mardi gras themewould fit in with the jabbawockeez theme with the masks.  We are blocking out the lights at the party and having neon as well.  We will probably being throwing out the bead and neon stuff as prizes for dancing.

Bought masks and beads at www.emardigrasbeads.com  and oriental trading.  Bought flashing centerpieces at flashyblinkeylights.com.  And all the glow necklaces and braclets were from Ebay.  We are having mostly vegetable and meat tray for family and ordering pizza for the kids.  Adults are leaving an hour after party starts.

for my 13th birthday, i had a huge dance party...just lyk a skool dance.....that would be a good idea.........or for my 10th i had a limo......u could get 10 friends adn get a limo, go shopping, and then get a hotel and hang out! that would be fun! even getting a bunch of boys and girls, and rent a room, or have it at ur house and hang listen to music and/or just mess around!!! i mean u dont have to do this but it would be fun!!! and its ur 16th b-day and u will always remember it cause u only turn 16 once!!!!

Oh so much to write so little time.  For party ideas I would go to http://www.thepartyfaq.com . That's a blog that all they write about are party ideas and item reviews.  It's really worth your time to visit.

I saw that others were suggesting a lot of online stores to visit.  And they named some good ones but in my opinion (and that of online reviewers) the best is http://www.windycitynovelties.com they have over 5,000 glow and party items to help with your party.  And their staff has been really great to deal with.  Make sure you check them out, they also have themed party pages where you can see all the recommended items for a particular genre or theme of a party.  Hope this all helps!
