    1 sweet pastry shell

put the double cream, chocolate-broken up and 100g of the marshmallows in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring until melted and that there are no lumps remaining. DON'T LET IT BUBBLE! pour into the pastry shell. drop the remaining marshmallows on top so they are just visible. then put it in the fridge until set.

    Enjoy!

White chocolate is the best if you like a more sweeter tart. and plain if you like it less sweet. milk chocolate is in between.
