Ideas for a 13 year olf party?

If you live in a bigger city, I would suggest a skating rink. If you live in the south by a beach, a beach party is possible. If you have a pool, a 3:00PM-11:00AM (the next day) pool party might be nice. Or you could just rent out a couple giant bouncy slides. They sound baby-ish, but they are tons of fun. I know all this because i'm 13 also. Goodluck and have fun!
