Ideas for a 40th birthday party for a gal who loves to dance?

Throwing a 40th bash but don't want to overboard a dance theme. Still keep it classy. Perhaps Funky at Forty? We are considering having a cocktail sunset cruise with snacks then back to the house for serious dancing. (that way the non-partier/dancers can bail too). ANY ideas would be great - thanks!

If you're going back to your home (or someone's home), if someone has a Wii (or other gaming console), get DDR (Dance, Dance Revolution). That'll be loads of fun!!
