Ideas for a Huge Science Project???

Okay, so, by next week, I have to have picked out my top four choices of science projects for next year. But not just any project: its HUGE, like, they will be giving us two months of no classes just so we can work on it. The problem is, I don't even have one good idea, much less one idea and three more backups!!

the examples in the paper they gave us were:

The Effects of Acid Rain on the Germination of Tomato Seeds

The Effects of Different Growth Media on the Growth of Lettuce

You can do pretty much anything, but I need something pretty good... any ideas? Just make sure that it can be done in a school environment.

  4. Yea, uh, try and find the difference between regular nails and galvinized nails. Use water lemon juice and vinegar to see what they do to each nail. Then weigh each nail. Compare the previous weight to the new weight.

  5. the ammount of rain fall on week days and week ends and how the ph of the rain water changes through the week and after you can use all the water from each day to see how they effect some sort of plant snesitive to ph or lack of water say water one plant with all the tuesday water one with all the thursday and one withh all the sunday water see if that makes any noteable change.
