Ideas for a Not so Super Sweet 16th Birthday party?

My daughter is turning 16 in July and LOVES the MTV show about 16th birthday parties. I'd like to throw a party that is kind of a spoof on that....... she will not be getting a car, unless its a matchbox. ......things like that. Want to make it as redneck as I can. Any ideas for decorations, cake, etc.?????
