Ideas for a frenched themed birthday party for 13 year olds . not too expensive pease and give realistic ideas

this party is for 13 year olds and it will be inside and outside of my house. it will have a french paris theme.i have food and movie ideas but i need some help with the decoration and games that wouldbe fun and not too childish. also if i need to order something please make sure its close and cheap. thank you soo much for everyone who is trying to help me.

How about a scavenger hunt, for French items?  (a French fry, something that's French blue, a French postcard, something toile, etc) ...   I wonder if you could find a dvd that has Can-Can lessons?  You could all form a Can-Can line and learn how to do it!  (I was in a Can-Can line in a play, and it was SO much fun!)....  See if a local travel agency (or the AAA) will give you some Paris posters to put up .....   Little twinkling lights in the trees (white Christmas lights), and little tables set up like a French bistro (candle in the center)   ...  I hope you remember Cream Puffs (profiteroles) on your menu!  They look wonderful piled into a pyramid .....   Serve some sparkling ciders in plastic wine glasses too.....

Can you borrow some little tables and chairs to make an outdoor cafe kind of thing?  You could put cute tableclothes on them.  Maybe hang up some pictures of the Eiffel Tower...

Have lots of flowers around.  For games, maybe some kind of dance contest?

As far as decorations go, the only ones I can find have to do with prom decorating and are somewhat pricey, however it may give you some ideas on how to make your own:
