  1. How about a haunted pub... and will be a scream!

I've just come back from a holiday to Scotland and have had a night out drinking in a haunted pub... it's an experience you don't want to miss.

  2. 1. Real Darts (not the plastic imitators) all the time.

    2. Cards (euchre is my personal favorite) on a weeknight, check to make sure you are not conflicting with local church supper nights, scout nights or high school sporting night.

    3. Cheap drink night on Thursday, that gets people out and they figure they only have to make it through one more workday so they can get a little soused.

    4. A local troubadour who interacts a little with the crowd on one of the weekend nights.

    5. Leave one weekend night open for special event stuff. Fundraisers, reunions, charity events, bachelorettte parties, a comedian once a month.

    6. Make sure the bartender that opens (no later then 11am) on Sundays is a great people person.  Sunday drinkers are fun but lonely people who love having a place to go and do the crossword or a trivia game as a group with the bartender sort of informally MCing.

    7. When things are going well enough with lots of regulars add a Dart tourney on Sunday nights.

It's all about establishing a regular clientele that have a reason to visit almost every night.

  3. I think sky sports in any pub is a must. I personally like to see the odd pub singer, disco, quiz night and a pool table usually goes down well, pretty general stuff for a pub really. I think most decent pubs offer good quality pub food too.
