Ideas for a project for chemistry?

Question

Choose a product that contains chemicals in it then make an essay about the product what how and what it is made of and uses for it.

Anyone have any ideas for the product, and any websites that can get me started on this project?

every industrial product contains chemicals. so its more of a matter of what u wanna choose. for example everything from food (modified or packaged) to electronics all either contain chemicals or use chemical processes to be made. to be more explicit, car batteries contain alot chemicals. any battery actually. that would be a great idea since a battery actually works using chemical processes. u could even give chemical equations. further, food products contains preservatives and its essentically a combination of chemicals and substances. cleaning products ARE chemicals (windex, tide etc etc). u can use websites like howstuffworks.com or americanchemistry.com but i dont think they will help much. sadly, its hard to contain info on how everything  is made on one single website. its better u pick a product first and then do an individual seach on the use and manufacturing process of that one product. im sure u'll find what u need.

Margarine - It's man made and was originally designed to fatten turkeys....but it killed them. It's also the only product in your fridge that won't attract flies. It's really a lot less healthy than butter.
