Ideas for a punjabi wedding reception with no dancing?

my friend isnt getting married, but she is planning her reception..she doesnt want dancing..she is indian and wants to stay away from anything religious..what entertainment can she do..have any of u indian gone to a wedding reception that didnt provide dancing
