Ideas for a quick, easy low calorie & low GI lunch?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a low calorie, low GI lunch that will only take a few minutes to prepare?

  1. Wholemeal pitta bread filled with with ham salad or chicken salad. Don't use any dressing on the salad


  2. wholemeal wrap spread with sweet chili sause, shredded lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, mixed raw peppers and 25g of ham or chicken slices. i love it and it fills you up!

  3. Grilled chicken with wild rice.

  4. a healthy salad :)

  5. 150g(small tin) baked beans,

    1 slice wholemeal toast.
