Ideas for a spa party?

Question

I am 11 and having a spa party to hang out with my friends. But I need some ideas for it, like recipes for creams, scents and any other things. Activates, food any thing!

I've thrown some great spa parties and these ideas might be helpful for you...

- I light candles everywhere, scented lavender ones (you could use whatever scents you like though) and play soft music to set the mood

-leave pitchers of ice water and lemonade around the room, with cups. Spas often float a slice of lemon or cucumber in these too.

-for a facial, you could use egg whites (separate from the yolk, apply to face, avoid eye area), or oatmeal mixed with a little water (apply and let it dry), or you can also buy cheap facials in a tube at CVS, which everyone could use. Cut slices of cucumber to put on everyone's eyes.

A spa style facial tends to be like this - first steam (fill a bathroom sink for HOT water (not boiling but close to), add a few drops of your favorite scent if you want to, then cover head and sink with towel and steam for 5-10 mins), then apply facial mask (egg whites, oatmeal, whatever), then rinse and apply lotion. - do pedicures for each other, see if you can borrow a foot spa tub from ssomeones mom, soak feet, exfoliate, then moisturize and paint toes. yYou can get pedi sets from the dollar store sometimes that include a foot file, toe separators and nail file... those are nice coz then people can take them home afterwards.

- for food, have plates with sliced fruit available, as well as maybe one or two different salads or main dishes. A chicken salad and a veggie one would be yummy, or make your fave food, it doesn't have to be spa food.

Did you try the search enigine? I was going to have a spa party but then decided on a different type of party. Well anyways you could try:

Playing soothing music

Making your own face masks

You also try getting a soundtrack with soothing animal sounds and your friends could try guessing the animal....srry I'm not sure what 11 year olds like now a days
