Ideas for a unique company picnic in the Portland Oregon/Southwest Washington area?

There will be kids and spouses - probably 150 people in all. $10,000 budget. Has to be a really smashing venue (and of course all the usual spots are reserved for weddings) and exquisite food to keep the big boss happy.

Who's doing the catering/ food supply?? Contact outside catering companies in the area - they'll know all the venues you could use as well as giving you prices for exquisite food (and drink). Also tent and marquee companies can give you suggestions.
