Ideas for an art piece?

I have to complete an art piece in a week and the topic is colour and i can use any medium i like and i need suggestions please!! thanks.

The obvious is to do something with a lot of colour in it. Why not make it about the interpretation of colour...

lists all the magnificent arbitrary names given to colors

Make something with the color names, maybe a piece to engage the audience to decide what colors "belong" to which names (insert color block here...).

Acrylic painting!!  Do something psychadelic, color swirls

a vortex, or something really bright and colorful amidst drab surroundings.

simple get a black sheet of constuction paper and when they ask what it is tell them its dead black

mmm, just throwing it out there... maybe a slide show of a storm, starting from a morning, hot day, green/bluey clouds, darker clouds, ect...using your drawing or what ever  and running it in sequence with some background music, particulay earthy music or tribal..
