Ideas for cleaning and re-organizing my room?

School's about 2 start & I want my room to be fresh and clean, but cleaning my room takes for ever cuz i have a BUNCH of junk. :) Anyone have cleaning tips? I also want 2 reorganize my room. What are some good space savers that don't cost much? Also, my walls are white & really boring. What are some good cheap alternatives 2 painting them?

Cleaning Tips would be to get your mom and dad to give to like $5 every week you have your room clean & $15 when they have a surprise inspection!

Posters, cork boards etc. Be ruthless when chucking stuff out. Space savers - Loft beds etc and desks that have inbuilt bookshelves.

School is not too far away and you might not finish cleaning up your room.  Start with the most noticeable and cluttered areas, such as your desk.  If you have papers you want to keep, buy some containers at the container store and put the bins in your closet or basement or something.  Keep doing this with the rest of your room.

There's a lot you can do with your walls.  You could put up mirrors, pictures, or corkboards.   Mirrors come in alot of styles.  Find one that matches your room at www.target.com.  They should be inexpensive there, too.  You could also try framing pictures, you can find frames at target, too.  Get a corkboard, and decorate it with glitter and other stuff to make it look really cool.
