Ideas for cleaning and redoing my room

Well I have my room, It's painted all white, and I need to clean it badly, I have a dresser but HATE it, only use it for socks and boxers, same with my closet, hate it. I just like to lay out a mat and have my shirts piled here and pants there and shorts over there kinda thing. So This means I have a mound of clothes that looks horrible. I also have a dog who shares the room. Well I need Ideas for what to do with my clothes and the best and fastest way to clean my room, it's not full of garbage, just clothes. And I need Ideas on maybe painting my room or redoing it, some ideas for it. I'm 16 and a guy. I need Ideas!

Get thee to IKEA...you need get one of their cool-looking shelving systems and stack your clothes there.  Some bins (Target or IKEA) to put small or ugly stuff in helps keep everything look neater.

Have you thought of putting the dresser IN the closet?
