  1. Sandwiches

    The Classic: P, B and J

Peanut Butter and Marshmallow Fluff on white bread

    Ham and Cheese

    Coldcuts

    Leftover meats

                             Random

    Cereal

Leftovers from dinner the night before that they liked

Cereal with milk in a thermos

    Soup in a thermos

    Lunchables™

Make him a cold mini pizza with tomato sauce, cheese and pita bread

Heat up a bag of frozen chicken wings, ect and put them in the fridge, evryday give him a couple

    Sides

    Yogurt

    Fruit

    Pretzels

    Chips

*Its also nice to give him a bite sized chocolate bar evryday as well

  2. *warning*  My kids are not picky eaters so I'm not sure this will help:

fresh seasonal fruit salad with cottage cheese (drizzled with honey)

ham or turkey or bologna with (or without) cheese sandwiches ( or roll-ups made with tortillas), served with grapes

fruit smoothies (made with yogurt and extra protein if before a sports practice)

veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli, caloflower, pickles, bell peppers, olives) with ranch dressing along with lunchmeat & cheese roll-ups.

*made your own salad*.. lettuce plus other veggies with whatever different toppings I have in the fridge

  3. My kids were really fussy and it ended uptaking ages doing their lunches, so they had to like it or lump it, and soon grew out of it. They had a sandwhich, and you can fill that with whatever they like- ie tuna, ham, cheese- humus and cheese is really good for one that doesn't like butter, and mayonaise works as well. Then we had a packet of crisps they liked, or a chocalate bar, a babybell or a frube yogurt, with some fruit. This way, you can adapt it to what they like no problem, and it's easy and quick. For a drink, a bottle of water is fine, but we normally have a carton of orange juice.

  4. Do they like noodles?  I used to send my child corkscrew noodles, cooked, then put butter on them.  Then, I would cook a few peas, and put in them, and maybe cut up something like pepperoni or hard salami.  I'd top it with shredded cheese or cut up cheese slices. There are all sorts of things you can add to butter noodles.

Also, I put them in a container that was for cold food, so they would stay cold.

  5. you can give your kid almost eny thing

  6. My kids usually get sandwiches (turkey, roast beef, chicken, salami, tuna, soy butter and jam, ham....)

but sometimes have:  cereal, fruit and milk (you can use a milk box or thermos if you're packing for school); cold leftovers (like leftover ham or chicken with some bread and some fruit); pasta salad; yogurt, dry cereal, and fruit (you could add nuts or granola if your child isn't allergic).

  7. I have learned that sometimes just making the stuff you already give them a little more fun is all it really takes. I cut my daughters sandwiches with fun shaped cookie cutters like a cat, a heart, a hand, a dog, a star, a christmas tree, etc. For yogurt I give her a little bag of some kind of mix-in, like crunchy granola bits, fruity pebbles, crushed walnuts etc. If I send chicken noddle soup in a thermos I send goldfish crackers to add in, I freeze grapes for about 30 min b/c then they get slushy like and are fun to eat. Simple things like that make the same old stuff seem fun and new. Also my daughter loves finger foods so I send single serve containers of mandarin oranges, or a small bag of large black olives that she can stick on her fingers.

  8. lunchables they are awesome cause you don't have to heat up pizza and kids love make there own pizza and and they are good 4 you

  9. instead of sandwiches have crackers with meat and cheese, peanut butter or ranch dressing to dip bite size veggies, apple caramel or fruit flavored cream cheese  for dipping  fruit in.freeze juice ahead of time for a slushy like drink.lunchables, good luck I have a picky eater too all he wants is easy grab and go type foods.

  10. My daughter does not like sandwhiches so I send fruit (apples and bananas are her favorite) instead with crackers and pudding and a drink.

  11. i used like "pizza" sandwiches when i was a kid, my mom would take reg white bread OR pita bread, put a little bit of tomato sauce (or katsup if we were out) sliced pepperoni and sliced mozzarella or white american cheese. I ate it "uncooked" or cold. I loved it
