Ideas for controling/channeling hate and rage?

cant afford meds and even when i could they were more harm then good when they did anything for me

  1. Rinse it down the shower drain. Lol, actually, use visualization to cleanse yourself. I do it in the shower so it all rinses down the drain and away from my house. I can get rid of headaches that way too, actually, but if someone is really close by when I do it, then they tend to get the headache. Or you can use chakra meditations and learn to read your chakras, then you can be alert for changes that need to be taken care of.  


  2. I've heard that physical activity is good for dealing with this kind of thing.

    Take up something like walking or running, and let your rage and/or hate fuel it.  You'll be benefiting your body and spirit, and harnessing all that negative energy for a good purpose.

    Another thing, try not to think of what you hate or what is making you angry unless you're actively involved in your physical exercise.  That's where it will be most useful, rather than spilling over into other areas of your life and, in a sense, "contaminating" them.
