Even if they don't fly, huge fish shapes with abstract markings on them.  One my grandson made on brown paper with wire circle at the mouth did fly.

Tie Dye T -shirts

Pour concrete in aluminum pie tins and before it dries set in marbles, shells, etc.

Tie two sticks criss cross or use a wood embroidery hoop and hang any kind of things on it to make a mobile.
