Try a themed one. Everyone will have to find a costume according to the theme. You'll have to decorate accordingly, and get games to fit the theme... Pick something everyone is into.

Ex: Lord of the Rings. Create your own Rivendell or your own Gondor... people can go as elves or dwarfs...
